The Challenge

Once the DEFENCSE network was firmly established among Works Councils (CSE) for its flat-rate legal services, the brand chose to expand its ecosystem by launching a major complementary offer: mediation. The stakes for oohhh were no longer about creating an identity, but shifting brand perception. The Verdict
