The challenge 

How do you raise capital when your technology is, by definition, completely invisible? waveTech generates clean energy and fights coastal erosion using textile capsules buried beneath the sand, on the seabed. Marketing a breakthrough innovation is one thing; raising funds for a literally invisible solution is another. The mandate was to make the invisible visible simplifying without losing complexity, and stripping away scientific jargon to build a singular, remarkable brand territory capable of capturing attention and winning investor trust.

The Idea & The Strategy

Ditch the sterile codes of engineering and humanize the technological promise with a minimalist, highly singular, and subtly witty tone. We completely overhauled the brand ecosystem around a crystal-clear tagline that captures both sides of waveTech's mission: “L'énergie de protéger le littoral” (The energy to protect our coastline).

To prepare effectively for the fundraising milestone, the agency deployed a comprehensive strategic and operational track:

  • Corporate Rebranding: Radical modernization of the original logo and graphic system to instantly project a professional, authoritative stature. This step was reinforced by cleaning up the digital infrastructure (securing the premium domain Go-WaveTech.com and migrating to professional email addresses).
  • Disruptive Copywriting: Creation of a ten-part advertising campaign combining deep conceptual hooks with a touch of humor. These visual concepts were embedded directly into the core presentation assets.
  • Investor & PR Enablement: Comprehensive co-writing, structuring, and precise visual layout of the startup's Pitch Deck. The founders underwent intensive pitch training sessions to perfect their delivery and core messaging for venture capital funds. Simultaneously, the agency architected the "foam strategy" (stratégie de la mousse): a localized Public Relations roadmap focused on 26 priority coastal zones to build media presence and reassure investors during their due diligence phase.

The Client

An innovative Blue Tech startup, waveTech developed subsurface engineering solutions (textile capsule systems deployed under the sand) designed to permanently safeguard coastlines from erosion and sand depletion while generating clean, renewable marine energy. Due to a lack of sufficient funding, the startup had to cease operations in 2026.
